With individual tipping, tips are allocated to the named staff member. With shared tipping, the configured team rules determine each eligible person’s share. Ask your administrator which model applies.

Whether money is paid to your own connected account or to the business also depends on the venue’s payout setup.

Complete the identity and bank-account verification requested by Stripe before receiving payouts to your connected account. A recorded tip and a bank payout are separate steps.

Payout timing follows the connected account’s Stripe schedule and can be affected by verification or bank processing. Contact support if you need help understanding your payout status.

There is no staff subscription fee. A processing fee applies to each tip and is shown to the guest before payment, together with the option to cover it.
